I don't even have the words to express how amazing this place is! 2 years I decided to switch up my workouts and go outside of my comfort zone and I found myself taking Alison's women's kickboxing class. After the first class I was hooked! Not only does kickboxing keep you in great shape, it challenges you mentally and provides you with the ability to push harder!
